8. Browser Storage (localStorage)
The Service uses your browser's localStorage to save invoice drafts, settings, and preferences on your device. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for any data stored in your browser's localStorage and for clearing it if you use a shared or public device.

In summary: invoice data you enter is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers. If you submit a contact form, the information you provide may be processed by us or a third-party form handling service in order to respond to your enquiry.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that PDF generation will produce identical results across all devices and browsers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Invoice Generator, its operators, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
