I cannot download the PDF. What should I do?

PDF generation requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser. Please ensure you are using a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. If the download fails, try refreshing the page and completing your invoice again. If the problem persists, please contact us with your browser name and version.

My draft invoice has disappeared. Can you recover it?

Draft invoices are saved in your browser's localStorage. They cannot be recovered by us — we do not have access to your browser data. If you cleared your browser history or used a different device or browser, the draft will not be available. We recommend downloading your invoice as a PDF as soon as you complete it.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Yes, we welcome feature suggestions. Please use the contact form above, select "Feature Request" as the subject, and describe the feature you would like to see and why it would be useful. We read every suggestion carefully.

Is this tool completely free?

Yes. The Invoice Generator is completely free to use. There are no subscription tiers, no payment required, and no features locked behind a paywall.
